Jason Barnard: Pitching my own product when I asked that question.

Anika Jackson: There you are,

Jason Barnard: and we’re coming towards the end. It was an absolutely delightful episode.

Anika Jackson: Thank you.

Jason Barnard: You can answer one or both of these questions. How can Integrated Marketing Strategies help with Branded Search? How does Branded Search help with Integrated Marketing Strategies?

Anika Jackson: Oh. I feel like we touched a lot of this.

Jason Barnard: Yeah.

Anika Jackson: So, Integrated Marketing Strategies “help you create a more cohesive Branded Search strategy”. When you take all of the different things that you’re doing for marketing.

So for instance, my podcast: Your Brand Amplified right? I started the podcast, I have the website, I have the podcast, I’m on other people’s podcasts. Your Brand Amplified is being amplified.

Jason Barnard: Yes.

Anika Jackson: Across my social channels, on my website with all the episodes. I’m not doing any paid advertising right now, but if I were, it would be on that.

I put it in my newsletter. I share out the episodes that I’m on for other people in my newsletter. And then that has helped me with Branded Search because it actually helped me get the URL for my company. It helped me get the.com that I couldn’t get because I kept coming up on the Branded Search.

So, they’re part and parcel. You have to have both. You start with brand, you do all these other strategies, and then that helps create better search for you.

Jason Barnard: Brilliant. I love it. Thank you very much.
