Good analogy! Let’s say you’ve got really good defensive side, but you put everything on offense and you create a strategy for offense. Why would you do that? You’ve got strength on defense. So these are the things that I would look at “what’s the makeup of your team and the freelancers around that and then how can you get that message out on a consistent basis, playing on those strengths”.. You’re all going to have a weaknesses. Don’t play on the weaknesses, play on the strengths.
