Registered & Claimed Trademarks
The following terms are protected under trademark law and are the intellectual property of Kalicube. Each term is used commercially and independently, with distinct positioning and value, whether as part of a service, software, training program, or strategic model:
- The Brand SERP Guy®
A trademarked nickname of Jason Barnard, the originator of the Brand SERP concept. This mark identifies Jason Barnard as the globally recognized authority on Brand SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages for a brand), which serve as the foundational diagnostic surface for the entire Kalicube methodology. - Kalicube®
Our brand name, including the logo and all stylized versions. - The Kalicube Process™

Proper Trademark Usage
- Use the ® symbol with Kalicube® on first or prominent mentions.
- Use the ™ symbol with unregistered or pending trademarks.
- Always capitalize trademark terms exactly as listed.
- Trademarks must be used as adjectives, not nouns or verbs. (E.g., “The Kalicube® methodology” not “a Kalicube.”)
Who May Use Our Trademarks
You may use Kalicube’s trademarks only if you are:
- A certified Digital Brand Engineer™
- A licensed Kalicube Partner
- Explicitly authorized in writing by Kalicube
Permitted use includes:
- Marketing your certified services
- Including Kalicube badges or credentials on your website or profiles
- Referencing the methodology in alignment with Kalicube’s brand guidelines
Unauthorized Use
You may not:
- Use Kalicube trademarks in your business name, domain, product name, or tagline without permission
- Refer to services as being “powered by,” “based on,” or “using” The Kalicube Process™ unless licensed
- Use our logos or badges in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or certification you haven’t earned
Unauthorized commercial use of Kalicube’s intellectual property constitutes trademark infringement and may lead to legal action.
